How does finding the cause of my hair loss help me?
Most every form of illness begins with finding the cause or source of the problem. Hair loss, hair thinning or slow growing hair is no different. From sebum build up to malnutrition, to stress, to hormones: these can all cause hair loss. Treating a nutrition problem with an enzyme blocker such as Propecia will do you no good. Also if DHT is only part of the problem then an enzyme blocker will not show the results that you desire. Both problems must be treated. Targeting the problem is important. Yes, DHT has a lot to do with hair loss but many times it is only one of the problems and, increasingly DHT is not the problem.

If I find the cause of my hair loss is there anything that I can do to help? 
It is our opinion that there are very good natural remedies for most all causes of hair loss, including female hair loss problems. Why don't more doctors or companies perform an analysis before they recommend a product?
It is our opinion that they should but most companies have their own agendaand only have one product that treats one type of hair loss effectively. Is HairEnergizer a medical facility?
We are not doctors. We study hair only and focus efforts on determining all types of hair growth and loss including black and african american hair growth. We do not try to find any problems that are associated with any other part of the body. It is true that your hair is often a barometer of your entire body but we do not diagnose these areas. We may recommend that you see a medical doctor id there is something that we feel would be benefited by a medical doctor. We cannot tell if you have a thyroid problem. Your doctor will have to perform tests for that analysis.

Will I need to purchase any more test after the analysis?
The microscopic Hair Loss Analysis is more general in scope. If it is determined that nutrition might be your problem we often discuss a hair mineral analysis to determine mineral imbalances. If it is hormone related we may discuss a test that can check female hormone levels.

Do you sell the products that you discuss?
We do currently sell some of the products for lab tests and for enzyme blockers, hair thickeners, deep cleansing shampoos for removing deep dirt from the dermal papilla and others.
