DIRECTIONS:
The Hair Formula 37 program consists of an oral component (Steps One and Two) and a topical component (GROW! Shampoo and Conditioner).
You'll experience the fastest, healthiest hair growth by following your HF37 regimen every day. During the course of a day you'll take divided doses of Hair Formula 37 vitamins for hair and use GROW! Shampoo and Conditioner at least once.
So here's what you'll need to do each day for optimum results: Take two (2) Step One tablets with food So you could take one with lunch and one with dinner, or any other way that is most convenient for you that will lead to two Step One tablets being taken per day with food.
Take six (6) Step Two tablets without food The ideal plan here is two in the morning, two in the afternoon, and two in the evening. Shampoo with GROW! Shampoo Simply wet hair, work into lather, let sit for three minutes and rinse. You can repeat if you wish, but GROW! can get the job done with just one wash. Plus it's so gentle that you can use it everyday, and don't need to switch off to other brands as with other specialty shampoos. Condition with GROW! Conditioner Work into the hair starting with the tips and let sit for 3-5 minutes

Hair Formula 37 hair growth products GROW is fortified with He Shou Wu also called “Fo-Ti.” He Shou Wu is a Chinese herbal extract. It is a bittersweet, astringent, slightly warming herb that may have a positive effect on circulatory system. In China He Show Wu is considered to help restore hair loss, promote healthy hair growth and promote natural hair color growth in men and women.
GROW contains Cysteine and cystine both of which are sulfur containing amino acids, which may help to increase the thickness of hair and help in growth. Cysteine is important for keratin synthesis, a protein found in skin, hair and nails and is a component of coenzyme A and glutathione. Cystine is an amino acid that creates di-sulfide bonds, which create the hair’s inner strength. The cystine bond in the hair plays a critical role in many chemical services the hair such as perming and relaxing.
GROW contains high amounts of Panthenol Pro vitamin B5. Panthenol binds perfectly with hair follicles. When it does it acts as a humectant attracting moisture to the hair. It lubricates the hair without feeling greasy. Adds flexibility and elasticity from the inside of the hair. It makes the hair texture easy to comb by smoothing the hair. Panthenol adds a brilliant shine to dull hair.
Niacin - Niacin is a water-soluble vitamin. Niacin (also known as vitamin B3). Niacin assists in the functioning skin. Niacin works synergistically when combined with biotin. Niacin helps dilate blood vessels in the scalp increasing the blood flow (circulation).

There is a substance in green tea known as EGCG (epigallocatechin gallate), which has been shown to be over 200 times more powerful than Vitamin E in neutralizing free radicals.
Saw palmetto - The fruits of saw palmetto have been shown in vitro to inhibit 5-alpha-reductase, which has significant implications in hair loss. 5-alpha-reductase may be responsible for converting testosterone to dihydrotestosterone (DHT). When this happens the DHT tends to affect the way hair follicle cells generate (or not generate). There may be an inhibitory effect of saw palmetto on 5-alpha-reductase and would suggest it may be helpful to ward off hair loss.
Capsicum - Capsicum is the active ingredient in Cayenne peppers. Capsicum influences blood flow increasing the flow of nutrients to the tissues. In a double blind study, application of a capsaicin cream to the skin helped relieve both the itching and the skin lesions in people with psoriasis. The warming property of Capsicum is helpful to people suffering from poor circulation.
