Return Policy

• Your satisfaction is our primary goal.  All products have a 30-Day Guarantee.  If you are not satisfied with your product, you may return the unused portion of a hair product for a refund less shipping costs and a 20% restocking fee.
  
• To qualify you must notify us of the return of your item(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order.
• If you have any questions or concerns regarding a return, refund, or exchange, contact HairEnergizer.com Customer Service toll-free at 888-754-6037, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM -4:00PM EST. Please follow the instructions below carefully before returning items.
• Electronic items such as HairMax® LaserComb, are NON-RETURNABLE, NON-REFUNDABLE.  We are not permitted to accept returns or distribute refunds.  If you are dissatisfied with the products performance or the product does not function properly, it MUST be sent to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.
• We do not accept returns on any products we do not manufacture including lasers. All sales are final.
• Something to consider:  HairEnergizer® manufactures and distributes researched and formulated hair growth products that address scalp issues, slow growth, hair loss and thinning hair.  These products (shampoos, conditioners, hair vitamins, topical treatments, etc.) use active ingredients that have been clinically proven for their effectiveness; however, as they say, results may vary. The science of stopping hair loss and maximizing growth is complicated and there may be multiple variables - including genetics - that may enhance or inhibit your particular experience or results. Some results take longer than others, and some may not be effective for you. Regardless, our goal is to get the results you want.  If you are not satisfied, a first step should be discussing with one of our Customer Service Representatives for alternative treatment options or advice for applications.

Return/Exchange Instructions

Notify of us your return via e-mail at info@hairenergizer.com or via phone by calling us toll-free at 888-754-6037, Monday through Friday, 8:00AM – 4:00PM EST.

• Use a track-able and or insured shipping method as we can not be responsible for lost return shipments.  Be sure to retain a copy of the invoice for your records.  For your protection and to ensure prompt delivery, we recommend you send your return via UPS or insured Parcel Post. Return shipping fees are not refundable. Contact Customer Service for mailing and address information.
• Your return will be processed promptly upon its arrival and all exchanges will be shipped via standard ground shipping. Processing and transit time for exchange packages is usually 7-10 business days from the time the exchange is received. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding federal holidays within the United States. Returns will be processed within five business days of receipt and a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.

Damaged Items

• When your order arrives, please inspect the carton for any damage that may have occurred during shipment. It is normal for the shipping carton to show some wear, however, if damage occurred to the item(s) in your shipment, please contact us immediately toll-free at 1-888-754-6037.
• Please provide the order number along with your email address and phone number for fastest service. To assure prompt resolution, please retain the shipping box, packing materials and the damaged items for inspection by the carrier.
