I am 63 yr. old and I take 3 of the vitamins that hairenergizer offers.  I take the Nourish, the Hair energizer, and the Regrowth vitamins.  I stagger them during the day and take them with my meals.  I tried substituting just some of the major ingredients for these vitamins but it didn't work and I started losing hair when combing and shampooing.  I went back to the daily routine of using all three and it resolved the problem.  I depend on these vitamins, they really work.  I would highly recommend these to any senior woman who is having trouble with hair loss.  It takes a few months to recover your hair growth-of course depending how fast your hair grows.

I purchased these vitamins because I'm getting older and want my hair to stay healthy.   I could not find a another product I previously used, so your site recommended these.  I bought two (2) bottles to give the product two months to see a difference.   WHAT A DIFFERENCE!  I saw a growth increase and more shine.   I completely recommend.
