I have been taking the step one and step two vitamins for only a week and a half now and I am happy to say I am surprised at how fast my hair has changed. Everything from body to manageability. I have been taking  hair formula 37 for five months now and I can say that my hair has gotten longer than it ever has. I have tried all kinds of products in the past due to balding and I promise to GOD that nothing has ever worked until I found this product and i'm not to quick to buy certain things, I't cost but it is worth every penny. The shampoo and condition is wonderful as well.
